WE ARE HIRING - SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for the ownership of the product architecture, develop product roadmaps and represent product designs providing clear communication of architecture design and decision making in order to gain approval to proceed with designs.
• Engage directly with engineering and development teams to ensure the architecture vision is maintained.
• Write, review and take responsibility for clear, concise and comprehensive technical documentation. Ensure adherence to technical quality and influence enterprise architecture principles and roadmaps.
• · Ensure the design is future ready with an approach to resilience, scalability and adaptability is designed into the solutions.
• Set the collaboration framework, create solution prototype, and participate in technology decisions for products in conjunction with the enterprise architecture blueprint.
• Ensure that the appropriate solution governance, compliance and resilience is built into solutions.
• Control the solution development and interface with project managers and other departments to ensure the delivery of multiple projects to time, quality and budget.

QUALITIES, SKILLS & EXPERIENCES:

Managing a client’s SEO consists of many different timelines and action items. Keeping track of client emails, meetings, and central documents is a full-time job.

• Expert knowledge and significant experience in Software and Solution architecture and the ability to transform business requirements into a technology solution.
• Highly proficient with design patterns and design principles and the ability to lead complex projects throughout the complete IT lifecycle (Analysis, Architecture, Design, Build, Test & Production).
• A deep knowledge and experience of implementing Service Orientated Architecture.
• Highly proficient in modelling the software solutions with good proficiency in the use of software technology such as Java and NodeJS.
• Demonstrable experience of cloud technology.
• Strong communication skills and an ability to influence others and build good working relationships with delivery partners and senior levels within the organisation.
• Combination of technical, creative and business consulting acumen.
• Strong analytical and operational data management skills and proficient in the use of database technologies such as Aurora and DynamoDB.
• An appreciation/exposure to emerging technologies and architectural trends - e.g Microservices, Serverless, Digital Transformation, Cloud, IoT etc.
• · An ability to translate requirements into single solution options, showcasing an awareness of the potential draw-backs on topics such as cloud vs on-prem, security and product selection.
Proven experience in Enterprise Application Integration solutions, COTS-based applications, in particular, Microsoft and bespoke application delivery.
• Direct technical delivery experience across multiple streams: analysis, design, build, integration, test, infrastructure/deployment/ DevOps (preferable).





QUALIFICATIONS:

• Qualified to degree level or above preferably in Computer Science, IT.
• Certification and/or demonstrable experience in Microsoft Azure and/or AWS is desirable.
